Samantha C. Iachello is an associate attorney and is a member of the firm’s Insurance Law Group. Ms. Iachello’s practice largely focuses on first party no-fault litigation and third-party auto claims. She is admitted to practice in Illinois (2022) and Michigan (2023). Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Iachello was the attorney law clerk for Judge Janice K. Cunningham in the Eaton County Circuit Court. Her experience with the Court has helped her thoroughly understand the litigation and trial process.

Samantha graduated from the University of Florida in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies. In 2022, she graduated from Michigan State College of Law, Cum Laude. While at MSU, Samantha was a brief writer and oralist of the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition Team and the Hassell Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition Team. She was also an active member of the Board of Advocates, serving as their Vice President and Treasurer. In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, theater, and going to live concerts.
