The Appellate Practice Group of Willingham & Cote is pleased to announce a new service which will allow attorneys to remain updated of pending insurance-related Supreme Court cases. By simply visiting www.willinghamcote.com/appellate you can sign up to receive a BOLO Report (Be On The Lookout) delivered right to your Inbox advising you of both case summaries, updates to cases and convenient links to full opinions. The BOLO Report is unique in that it is designed to apprise the practitioner of potential changes in insurance law that may affect the practitioner's ongoing litigation before the Supreme Court issues an opinion. This allows the insurance practitioner to better develop trial strategy and anticipatorily preserve appellate issues in the event of an unfavorable result at trial.
Attorney Kimberlee Hillock is managing the service and is happy to answer any questions you may have. Ms. Hillock is a shareholder and a co-chairperson of Willingham & Coté, P.C.’s Appellate Practice Group. She is also an associate editor of and regular contributor to the Michigan Defense Quarterly.
