About Anthony

Anthony S. Kogut is the managing attorney of the firm.  He is also a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and is chair of the Hospitality and Alcohol Beverage Group.    Mr. Kogut has been an attorney since 1980.  Mr. Kogut handles complex commercial litigation matters, complex insurance coverage matters and represents professionals in malpractice and administrative matters. He has successfully handled hundreds of cases at the trial and appellate levels and before administrative tribunals. 

Mr. Kogut takes pride in aggressively advocating for his clients and protecting their interests by counseling them as to their rights and options in their business activities.  Prior to joining Willingham & Cote, he was a judicial clerk for Michigan Court of Appeals Chief Judge Robert Danhof.
