Raymond J. Foresman Completes
Mediation Training Program
Raymond J. Foresman has
recently completed the 40-hour Mediation Training Program sponsored by the
Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Based upon this intense training
program and his more than thirty-five years experience as trial lawyer, Mr.
Foresman is offering his services as a mediator to litigators across the State.

Ian D. Wright Joins the Firm
Ian D. Wright has joined the Litigation
Group of Willingham & Coté, P.C., located in
East Lansing, Michigan. Mr. Wright will concentrate his practice in insurance
coverage and commercial litigation.
Mr. Wright was born in Lansing, Michigan. He earned his Bachelor of Arts
degree, with distinction, in 1997 from the University of Michigan, and his law
degree from Wayne State University Law School (J.D., cum laude) in 2000. Since
his admission to the State Bar, Mr. Wright has gained significant trial
experience as both an assistant prosecuting attorney and as staff trial counsel
for an insurance company. He has litigated cases in circuit courts throughout
Michigan, from Lansing to Menominee.
David M. Nelson Joins the
Firm
David M. Nelson has accepted a position as
an attorney with the Litigation Group of Willingham & Coté, P.C., following a
paralegal internship with the medical malpractice defense team at the firm. Mr.
Nelson will concentrate his practice in Insurance Defense Litigation.
Mr. Nelson was born in Holt, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State
University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctor in 2005 from Syracuse University
College of Law (cum laude). He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan,
American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Receiving honors by the Kiwanis Club of East Lansing was
Robert Hood, who received the Distinguished
Service Award, a lifetime achievement award recognizing Mr. Hood for his
consistent record of providing service and talents for 32 years, without seeking
or desiring recognition for the efforts he routinely donates. Mr. Hood has a
general business practice within the firm representing a broad spectrum of
business clients operating as corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships,
joint ventures, limited liability companies, professional corporations and
professional limited liability companies. Mr. Hood also deals extensively with
trade associations and tax exempt entities and with matters pertaining to
various forms of taxation, securities issues, insurance entity forms and
alternatives.
Lee B. Reimann to Lead
Estate Planning Division
Willingham & Coté, P.C., is pleased to announce the appointment
of Lee B. Reimann as Lead Attorney of the
firm's Estate Planning Division. Ms. Reimann is also a certified public
accountant and has been associated as a shareholder of Willingham & Coté, P.C.,
since 2003.
A native of Princeton, NJ, she attended the Hotchkiss School and
Claremont McKenna College. Ms. Reimann graduated magna cum laude from Thomas M.
Cooley Law School and spent two years as a prehearing attorney with the Michigan
Court of Appeal.
Ms. Reimann is a Past-President of the Ingham County Bar Association and the
Rotary Club of East Lansing. She is currently the Treasurer of Eastminster
Presbyterian Church. She lives in East Lansing with her husband Chris and two
boys Clay and Burke.
