Howard E. Goldberg is associated with the firm of Willingham & Cote’, P.C., as of counsel.
Before joining Willingham & Cote’, Mr. Goldberg held various positions on the staff of the Michigan Attorney General. While with the Attorney General’s office he specialized in the areas of alcohol beverage regulation, civil rights and tax. For the thirteen year period before 2010, Mr. Goldberg acted as First Assistant Attorney General for Alcohol Enforcement and served as counsel to the Michigan Liquor Commission.
Mr. Goldberg is a problem solver who has successfully handled hundreds of matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative agencies.
Outside the office, Mr. Goldberg enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and reading. He actively supports animal rescue organizations and no kill shelters.
